(Note 1) “Occupancy rate” is a percentage figure calculated by dividing “leased area” by “total leasable area,” which is rounded off to one decimal place.
(Note 2) “Leased area” refers to the area specified in the lease contracts with respective tenants effective at the end of each month, out of the total leasable area. Excluding the case of Niigata Higashibori-dori Parking Building, this does not include the leased area used for parking lots and other purposes.
(Note 3) “Total leasable area” represents the sum of the total floor area of leasable office and store spaces (including leased joint ownership spaces, etc.). Excluding the case of Niigata Higashibori-dori Parking Building, this does not include leasable area used for parking lots and other purposes. In addition, it refers to the leasable area of each property, and it is possible that there are some discrepancies depending on renovations, style of lease contracts, and others.
(Note 4) The above “occupancy rates” do not represent audited figures certified by accounting auditors and others.
(Note 5) Compared to the previous month, total leasable area has been decreased by 0.98 square meters in one of the properties due to reviewing the leasable area with the termination of the lease contracts.
